Video Recording capability enables to record your video calls in real-time. Files are securely stored and you can immediately access to content following your demands. Call records are directly pushed to your own secure file system storage or any web service, such as Amazon S3, Windows Azure, Google accounts… Enjoy playback with high-quality WebM recordings.

Video Recording functionality includes converter tools to automatically live-convert video streams to MP4 for easy access with no post-processing required on your end. You can batch process integrations with your CRM or backend systems. Video Recording allows different recording modes and video quality according to your business needs.

System Requirements

Video Recording feature requires Video RTC (WebRTC) Gateway On Premise or Cloud CPaaS.

Web & Mobile

Video Recording is available both for Web and Mobile endpoints. It is a flexible feature that allows to record ongoing calls from any computer or phone.

You can create dual-interfaces with our SDK without changing your business logic.

API Framework

Video Recording feature is powered by specific functions inside our API Framework (VideoRTC.js).
